For the telepathic resistance, since it's rooted in just having complex thoughts it could be allowed, as other un-meta high intellects or those trained in telepathic resistance (ala Batman) could likely manage similar difficulty. That said, there may be times we need to have psionic or telepathic attacks or at least have it so only those with psionic ARC could resist, so Brainy would have to fall back on his ARC.
